Toxic by Inhalation gases are also associated with each material where applicable. In addition, review response instructions, and guidelines, identify Rail and Road Cars by photo identification. Placard Plus contains all emergency response contact phone numbers - tap to dial (iPhone only). Placard Plus contains virtually ALL information contained in the DOT Guide Book (Glossary of terms is the only thing missing)
